Kaiga, Geometric delineation
A Chinese painting technique in which the structure of a pavilion or some other type of building is delineated by lines drawn with a ruler. The early Northern Sony painter. Guo Zhong-shu is famous for this type of painting. In Japan this type of drawing technique is known as yatai-biki.
