Payment method
Payment can be made via PayPal using your credit card and a valid e-mail address. Japanese Painting Gallery also accepts money orders and direct account transfers.
Shipping
Artwork will be dispatched once the transaction is approved. Japanese Painting Gallery aims to provide the most appropriate method of delivering your order. All artworks are packed with structurally sound packing materials. Various packing materials are used depend on the piece. The shipping charge is free. We will ship artworks to you with FedEx World Delivery Service or EMS within 1 week of receipt of your order.
Insurance
All artworks are insured during transit. The insurance premium is free.
Return policy
If the artwork you receive is damaged, Japanese Painting Gallery will send another piece or refund the fund you pay if we can not find another piece. When you receive damaged piece, you notify delivery supplier and Japanese Painting Gallery immediately. We investigate the delivery and ask insurance to insurance company.

Japanese Painting Gallery has a 10 Days Money Back Guarantee. We try to do everything possible for our customers to be pleased with their purchases and our service. A 10 Days Money Back Guarantee makes your purchase at completely risk free. If for any reason, you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, by notifying us within 10 days of your receipt of the artwork. The artwork must be received in the same undamaged condition as was sent, and shipping and insurance are at the expense of the purchaser.
Content
We may use sample pictures of the pieces on theJapanese Painting Gallery website. That may be different from the artwork we will send to you. The prices of the pieces are changeable and are not fixed.

These terms and conditions may be amended or modified by Japanese Painting Gallery at any time with or without notice, however, Japanese Painting Gallery will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of any amendments or modifications.
Limitations on use
The content available through the Japanese Painting Gallery website is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
